ABOUT ME
I’m originally from the Piedmont area of North Carolina, but my photography journey has taken me all over the map! I’ve had the privilege of working in the stunning islands of Hawaii, the sunny shores of San Diego, and now I’m nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Roanoke, Virginia.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me at home with my two dogs, Hops and Barley, binge-watching sitcoms or enjoying a night playing with my family. I cherish moments spent with loved ones, surrounded by delicious food, plenty of laughter, and great company.

How do I book a session with you?
Excellent! Fill out the Contact form (press that button above!) From there I'll send you my availability and pricing. I'll work with you to create the perfect session and go over dates, times, and locations. Deposits vary.
How do you photograph families?
All I want to capture is the mood and emotions of your family. There will be some posed photos but I do capture the moments in-between too, especially with littles. All they want to do is run around and that makes them most comfortable and I can get some of the most genuine candid photos from that. I am there with you every step of the way, once you book with me you can feel free to ask me anything.
How many pictures will we receive?
On average for a family of four with a 1 hour outdoor session you can expect up to 60 images, sometimes more! Mini sessions have a set image limit. These are all fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why you won't get every single image. I will choose the best photos to tell your story.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your family). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also you can share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Roanoke, VA. And yes, I love to travel! If you are 40 miles outside of Roanoke I do require a travel fee. Please contact me for more information.
